Dan joined Coldwell Banker Premier Group in 2006. He has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1994. He has sold real estate and managed offices in both Louisville, Kentucky and St. Louis, Missouri. Dan manages the South County Office, trains agents, and coaches his agents in business development.

 

 

Suzon has been a Broker/Owner of her own real estate company since 1985. She sold her company to a Coldwell Banker franchise and has remained the manager of the Washington office since 2000. Carol joined Coldwell Banker in 2000, and brings with her over 15 years of real estate experience. She currently serves as broker/manager of the Washington Office along with Suzon Pogue. Her duties include agent training, auditing of files, and troubleshooting problems as they come up. She currently serves as a director on the Franklin County Board of Realtors and sits on several committees.

Rita joined the company in 2002. She uses her background in publishing and graphic design to assist agents with their personal marketing as well as marketing their homes. Creating unique, individualized marketing programs and images is her goal. Rita, also, manages the View My Listing Program for Coldwell Banker Premier Group.

 

 

Mary Lou joined the staff as Administrative Assistant in the fall of 2003. Auditing all listing and sale contracts is a big portion of her job. In addition to being our ad expert, she makes sure our agents have their office needs met.

 

 

Chris joined the company in August 2003 as our Call Coordinator. She answers incoming calls and schedules daily showings. Our agents are promised all buyer calls on their properties as they do not have to do floor duty in our office.
