2002 Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Washington Office. 1 million producer in 2004 & 2005. 2 million producer in 2006 & 2007. Achieved broker's license in 2006. Elected to the 2009 Franklin County Board of Realtors Board of Directors.

 

 

Carol joined Coldwell Banker in 2000, and brings with her over 15 years of real estate experience. She currently serves as broker/manager of the Washington Office along with Suzon Pogue. Her duties include agent training, auditing of files, and troubleshooting problems as they come up. She currently serves as a director on the Franklin County Board of Realtors and sits on several committees.

Dave joined the company in 2001 and brings more than 15 years of accounting experience. Dave has his BA and MBA degrees from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Rita joined the company in 2002. She uses her background in publishing and graphic design to assist agents with their personal marketing as well as marketing their homes. Creating unique, individualized marketing programs and images is her goal. Rita, also, manages the View My Listing Program for Coldwell Banker Premier Group.

 

 

Chris joined the company in August 2003 as our Call Coordinator. She answers incoming calls and schedules daily showings. Our agents are promised all buyer calls on their properties as they do not have to do floor duty in our office.

 

 

Kathy joined the company in 2003 and has been a top producing agent. She is now the Broker/Manager of our South County office.   Tom started his real estate career in 1995 and moved into mangament in 2004. He joined the Coldwell Banker Premier Group in 2009 to be a part of the #1 Missouri affliate and help to continue the growth of this company and it's agents.

 

 

 Bobbi started with Coldwell Banker Premier Group in 2009.  She is our office administrator for our Butler Hill location.
