Chris joined the company in 2005 as Director of the New Homes Division. With more than 20 years of construction management, real estate investment and new home sales and marketing experience Chris will provide guidance, advice and training for our homebuilders and our new homes agents. He is a committed member of the Homebuilder's Association of Greater St. Louis and is active in networking with fellow HBA members as well as continually updating his knowledge through the educational opportunities provided through the Sales and Marketing Council and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS. Chris is a designee of the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and is recognized as a Certified New Home Specialist (CSP).
