Suzon has been a Broker/Owner of her own real estate company since 1985. She sold her company to a Coldwell Banker franchise and has remained the manager of the Washington office since 2000. After the recent merger with Coldwell Banker Premier Group, the office is one of the largest and top producing offices in Washington. The Washington office has over 20 full time agents. Suzon is a former teacher and enjoys training and educating her agents at their weekly meetings. She also trains new agents on office policy and helps agents with new and innovative ideas that they can use to improve their real estate business. Suzon was the President of the Franklin Co. Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year in 2000 and has her G.R.I. designation.
