After 17 years in education as a teacher, counselor and assistant principal, Norm started his real estate career in 1982 as a sales associate with Mark Cofman. After 11 years of sales experience and unprecedented success, Norm & Mark started the first St. Louis franchise of Coldwell Banker under the name "Coldwell Banker Premier Group".
The company now has 3 offices with over 130 agents and is now one of the the top affiliate Coldwell Banker companies in the state. The continued growth of the company has come about do to the quality of agents joining the company.
